| Professional Experience |
Paul Von Driska has 25 years experience in General Management and HVAC product design and development. He has been with Bergstrom for 15 years including an overseas assignment in Wales. Currently he is the Vice President of Strategic Planning.
Prior to joining Bergstrom, Paul held positions at Whirlpool Corporation and Valeo Climate Control. At Whirlpool he was Project Engineer of Mechanical Systems Research where he conducted applied thermal/fluids research in developing home appliances. He also worked as Resident/Project Engineer where he supported production lines in problem solving and quality improvements. At Valeo Climate Control he led the design and development of Chrysler’s automotive HVAC systems.
