Bergstrom names Bill Gordon Director of Global Marketing, National Director Aftermarket

Rockford, Illinois (October 27, 2008) Bergstrom, Inc., a global leader in the design and supply of climate systems to the commercial vehicle industry, has named Bill Gordon National Director of Aftermarket and Director of Global Marketing.

As the National Director of Aftermarket, Gordon will be responsible for re-aligning and re-energizing Bergstrom’s aftermarket sales of parts and complete HVAC systems. As part of this role, Gordon will also update the Kysor and NITE (No-Idle Thermal Environment) programs to fulfill market-based improvements. Bergstrom’s Kysor division provides HVAC replacement parts for the commercial vehicle industry.

In addition, Gordon will be responsible for leading all of Bergstrom’s marketing and communications efforts worldwide as the Director of Global Marketing.

In addition to its corporate headquarters in Rockford, Ill., Bergstrom also has facilities in Ystrad Mynach, Wales and Changzhou, China.

A 30 year veteran of the industry, Gordon has been heading up international sales for Bergstrom’s NITE system, directing overall marketing and branding efforts for the company, and overseeing continuous improvements in customer service since November 2007. He was previously with Sears Manufacturing in Davenport, Iowa where he was Director of Sales.
