Heavy Duty Trucking editors and a panel of fleet industry veterans selected the Bergstrom/Kohler Hybrid Power System as a Top 20 Product from a pool of hundreds of products and services introduced in 2009. Heavy Duty Trucking Top 20 selections are considered the best-of-the-best and are judged on their innovation, ability to make fleets safer, more efficient and more profitable. Supplier Quality Excellence Process Award - Caterpillar (SQEP) 2008
Caterpillar's coveted Supplier Quality Excellence Process Award was presented to Dave Rydell, by Caterpillar in a ceremony held at Bergstrom’s Rockford headquarters.
The award was presented by Susan Heun, Caterpillar’s Purchasing Director for Components and Latin America, and Dave Berner, Caterpillar’s Cabs Segment Purchasing Manager. Accepting the award for Bergstrom were Dave Rydell, CEO, and Jack Shaffer, President and COO.
